The College Illinois! Mission Tuition Drawing is administered and sponsored by College Illinois! and the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, located at 1755 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, IL 60015-5209 and the drawing is sponsored by the Illinois Radio Network located at 430 W. Erie, Chicago, IL 60610.
This drawing is open to any eligible person interested in the College Illinois! 529 Prepaid Tuition Program. The winning entrant will receive a College Illinois! contract for one semesters (15 credit hours) of University level tuition and mandatory fees. The winner may choose to apply the value of the award (ranging from $5,605 - $6,468*) toward the purchase of additional semesters of tuition and fees (either Community College or University level).

Entering
Entering the drawing is easy. Simply go to the College Illinois! Web site at collegeillinois.com and complete an on-line entry form. The contest commences on February 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on April 4, 2008. All entries must be postmarked, e-mailed or sent by facsimile no later than 11:59 pm. CST, April 4, 2008.

Each entry must be completed in its entirety, including legible name, current address, phone number and e-mail address.
Each participant will be given an opportunity to receive College Illinois! information and to be added to the College Illinois! database for future mailings. The College Illinois! database is private and will not be sold to any other entity.
Eligibility
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this drawing. The drawing is open to all legal residents of Illinois who are age 18 years or older. Only one entry per person and per household.
Entrants must complete the on-line entry form with current and correct information. Employees of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, College Illinois!, the Illinois Radio Network, Celtic Inc. and their respective affiliates, distributors, advertising and/or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and members in the same household of such employees are not eligible to win. No substitution of prize is offered. Prize may not be redeemed for cash value
Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize value. As a condition of entry, all entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and any decisions made by the sponsor.
By accepting prizes, all winners agree to release and hold harmless the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, College Illinois!, the Illinois Radio Network and their respective affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising and/or promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims and actions of any kind, whatsoever, for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use/misuse of the prize, or the preparation for and/or travel to any prize-related activity.
In order to claim the prize, the winner must agree to have his or her name published as the winner and must consent to sponsor's use of their name, and/or pictures without compensation for promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law.
Prize
One winner will be selected through a random drawing. A College Illinois! contract for one semester (15 credit hours) of University level tuition and mandatory fees, including application fee of $85.00 shall be awarded. The current value of the University level contract will depend on the age or grade level of the Beneficiary as follows:
University, one semester:
Newborns through Kindergarten - $5,605
First Grade through Eighth Grade - $6,039
Ninth Grade or Higher Grades - $6,468
The winner will have the option to apply the value of the award as provided above toward the purchase of additional semesters at an Illinois Public University or Community College. The first payment for any additional benefits is due on or before, June 1, 2008. No purchase is necessary to claim the one semester University contract and there is no obligation to purchase more than the award. Purchasing a College Illinois! contract or indicating that you intend to purchase a contract in excess of the value of the award will not improve your chances of winning.
A winner will be drawn on April 10, 2008 at 12:00 noon CST. The random drawing will be conducted by Celtic Inc. whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this drawing.
The selected entrant will be contacted at the daytime phone number provided immediately following the drawing and a College Illinois! Master Agreement and Application will be sent via U.S. Mail to the address provided by the entrant. Winner must be contacted prior to 2:00 p.m. CST on April 14, 2008. If the original winner cannot be contacted prior to that date and time, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner through another random drawing. To claim the award the winner must agree to the terms of the College Illinois! Master Agreement and must complete an Application by April 29, 2008. The College Illinois! Master Agreement and Application are located on the College Illinois! Website at collegeillinois.com or can be obtained through the mail by calling 1-877-877-3724 or writing College Illinois!, P.O. Box 19292, Springfield, IL 62794-9292.
There is no age limit on the age of a beneficiary and a contract holder can name him or herself as beneficiary. However, pursuant to the College Illinois! Master Agreement there is a mandatory three-year waiting period before benefits can be used. That means that a beneficiary will not be able to claim benefits until the fall of 2011, even if the beneficiary enrolls in college prior to that time. The winner and beneficiary are subject to all terms and conditions of owning a College Illinois! contract.
If a potential winner does not wish to accept the prize, an alternate will be selected from the pool of eligible entrants. The selected winner will not be the official winner until eligibility has been formally verified and the College Illinois! Application has been signed and returned. The entrant does not need to be present to win.
The value of the award is based upon the plans and formulas for the 2007-'08 enrollment period offered by the College Illinois! 529 Prepaid Tuition Program. The plans and formulas are located in the 2007-‘08 enrollment kit or on the Web site at collegeillinois.com.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants participating.
