University Benefit Level
Covers in-state undergraduate tuition and mandatory fees in full
at an Illinois public university. Can also be used toward tuition
and mandatory fees at any public and private college. Out-of-state
and private institution coverage amount is equal to the mean-weighted
average at Illinois public universities (at the time of college
enrollment).
Community College Benefit Level
Covers in-district tuition and mandatory fees at community colleges.
Out-of-state and private institution coverage amount is equal
to the mean-weighted average at Illinois community colleges (at
the time of college enrollment).
Combination Benefit Level
Covers four semesters at a Community College Benefit Level, plus
four semesters at a Public University Benefit Level. The Combination
Benefit Level can be used at public and private institutions anywhere,
but may not cover the full cost at a private or out-of-state school.
